By booking or using any service provided by Radiant Detailing, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all customers in Los Angeles, Santa Clarita, Glendale, Pasadena, and San Fernando.

Services

Radiant Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services including exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related services. All services are performed at the customer's home or workplace unless otherwise agreed upon.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our contact form or by phone
  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control
  • Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept cash, card, and digital payments
  • Prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and service selected
  • Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, or extra-large vehicles

Pre-Existing Damage

Radiant Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle including scratches, dents, paint chips, or interior wear. We will do our best to note any visible damage before beginning service. If you have concerns about specific areas of your vehicle, please inform us before we start.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will make it right at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds but are committed to resolving any concerns promptly.

Liability

Radiant Detailing carries liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, mechanical issues, or situations beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
